Our website MOT for a County Durham-based online retailer quickly identified some ways in which the already successful transactional website could be improved further.

Key areas of action included:

  • Improving the quality of product descriptions and images;
  • Adding a live chat function to minimise basket abandonment; and
  • Making sure that the business’s social media activity was featured and highlighted throughout the site.
