In a nutshell
A specialist online retailer, based in County Durham, was already starting to grow its sales nationwide, but was keen to get some external insight from us on how it could improve sales and customer experience further.
What we did
Our website MOT quickly suggested some easy-to-implement improvements that the business soon took on board, including:
- Enhancing the quality of product descriptions and images throughout he store.
- Adding a live chat function to minimise basket abandonment.
- Making sure that the business’s social media activity was featured and highlighted throughout the site.
After being pleased with our initial input, the company commissioned us to go on working as a marketing mentor. This took the form of half a day of in-person contact time each month for a period of several months.
