Andrew Bartlett and Graham Soult at Durham bar CoHo, led by owner and retail consultant Graham Soult, is delighted to be launching a new partnership with North East entrepreneur Andrew Bartlett, the creator of the app ROAM Everywhere.

What is ROAM?

ROAM is a social networking travel app designed to increase footfall for bricks-and-mortar businesses, such as shops, cafes, bars and cultural venues.

Venues can claim their profiles completely free of charge, and tailor their listings with images and other information to show themselves off in the most effective way. Through push notifications, the app gives these businesses the ability to communicate directly to their customers any news, offers, events, or loyalty rewards that they have available.

Andrew said: “It is a great privilege to have Graham advocating our services across the country, working with us to educate venues on the value that our ROAM app brings to high-street businesses, and to towns and cities as a whole.

“Graham is recognised as a high-street expert at a national level, and regularly travels around the UK to champion success and evaluate first-hand the help that businesses need in order to grow. Graham’s insights can help us direct the future priorities for ROAM, and by building a strong partnership we’ll be able to bring some serious value to the streets near you!”

Graham said: “Since meeting Andrew, it’s been clear that we share the same passion for celebrating high-street businesses and spreading the word about how digital technologies can be used to drive footfall.

“I’ve already been telling many of the businesses and places I consult with about ROAM, so it makes sense for us to officially work more closely together. At the same time as helping Andrew spread the word about the ROAM app, it’s a pleasure to also welcome him formally into the business, as marketing consultant.

“Our new relationship means that I can more readily bring Andrew’s wider talents into the projects that I’m involved in, for the benefit of the retailers, shopping centres and towns that I work with.”
