Customer satisfaction research for an expanding UK retail chain
A growing retail chain commissioned CannyInsights.com (and a partner marketing agency) to conduct a market research survey of existing customers at selected stores from among its 20-strong estate.
It wished to understand which aspects of the customer experience were working well, and to identify the most urgent or important areas for improvement.
We developed the survey questions, and analysed and reported upon the data collected, all within a two-week timeframe. This allowed the retailer to implement the findings swiftly instore, before the business was later acquired by a larger competitor.

Research to understand the attitudes of marketers and consumers towards email marketing messages
We carried out data analysis and reporting for the e-marketing company that had conducted the fieldwork, and designed a professional report template in which to present the findings.
The report was distributed via the company’s website, showcasing its understanding of e-marketing issues and trends to current and potential customers.
